My Work: What do you feel is the most successful element of the work? Why? I feel that the lighting on the skin was the most successful element. His pose could easily be better. I feel that getting shading correct for any picture is important. I got the right shade for the picture so it makes the picture work.
What do you think could be improved or changed about the work? Why?
I feel that I could find a way to make the skin tone closer to the painting's skin tone. I feel that is more important than posture. The skin tone is wrong in some places, and I feel I can do better and fix them.
What drew you to the subject of the work? Why?
I liked the picture of the guy with the guitar. I felt that it could be interesting to have someone pose like that with a guitar.
